I'll just put him with the Soothscribes - but nothing any of them write can be as effective as this sort of speech in the belly of the beast itself.

The man is amazing. What a forceful and effective speaker. The mumbling attempts to reduce him to silence by the Brussels Bureauprats are a wonderful entertainment. Their lot would go down in the British Parliamentary Question period like a load of old bunny.
