Sigh. Cameron and Co have let themselves be blown off course by Mumsnet echoed by newspaper headlines. They have had five months to elaborate fiscal policy, the journopukes have devoted a few hours to come up with knee-jerk commentaries, and the journopukes have won.
Weakness is provocative - they're toast.
