Even allowing for some duplication (of individual initiatives also counted as categories), this list of Boris Johnson's 200 achievements since he became Mayor of London in May 2008 is impressive.
However, his re-election is in doubt because he has notably failed to deliver on a key commitment:
If you vote for the Conservatives, your wife will get bigger breasts, and your chances of driving a BMW M3 will increase.
