Taking a leak

Ya gotta laff - Techdirt has published a confidential memo of 3 January 2011 memo from The Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), on . . . how to detect potential leakers.

Not merely that, but the content of OMB memo is ludicrous. Shrinks to spot disgruntled employees? And what do you do then? You can't sack bureaucrats even if they fall well below the already pitifully low levels of motivation and competence that are the best government agencies can hope for.

  1. I am new to the site and merely note at this stage that the site commandant would do well to take Ockham's razor and give himself a bloody good shave before he inflicts his ugly mug on the non-paying public. Sticking to the gratuitously personal....this guy looks the bastard spawn of Claus von Bulow, Sir Anthony Hopkins, John Lloyd & Taki. Nothing wrong with that, of course, but from the tone of the titles of posts and the approved blog-roll links, it looks like this cyber-joint might be quite a laugh and worth keeping an eye on. We'll see.
