Only recently became aware of the Wikiversity site devoted to the discussion of what "restrictive laws and regulations believed to hamper individual freedoms, society, and businesses" might be abolished. It is a staggering list, with a high proportion of undemocratic/police-statist laws made by the Blair-Brown regime.
It will make an interesting - and highly revealing - check-list against which to measure the Coalition government's own omnibus repeal bill. My bet? They'll fudge the big ones, which are EU-derived and hence nominally unrepealable, as treaties take precedence over domestic legislation.
But the touchstone is whether they will have the guts to repeal the "equality" laws that constitute a string of IEDs left by the Labour pukes to permit them to exercise power despite being dismissed from office.
