This bulletin, hilariously titled Europa Press Releases RAPID, reports that the European Ombudsman has commended the European Anti-Fraud Office and the European Parliament for accepting the recommendations he made in his inquiries concerning the financing of European Parliament buildings.
It has taken EIGHT YEARS since the original complaint for these august institutions to get to the stage where another review is contemplated, having let the first one wither on the vine.
Very commendable.
